He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is a Member of Nigerian Institute of Architects, Architect Registration Council of Nigeria, Royal Institute of British Architects and an International Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of East London and attended Advanced Architectural Courses, Postgraduate Diploma Honours in Architecture at the University of Greenwich. He has over twenty-five years’ experience in Building/Construction. He has led several teams of consultants for construction and designs of several buildings in Nigeria and United Kingdom.

David was the Vice Chairman of Lagos State Technical Committee on Policy Reform on Physical Planning and Urban Development, Chairman Technical Committee Christ Church Cathedral Marina Lagos. He is a Director of Habitat 2011(Lagos State Initiative for Physical Development Reform), and was Chairman; Social Housing Developments – Design and Technology Sub-Committee of Lagos State Social Housing Policy Working Group.
